Job Description: - Financial Planning & Analysis

Key Responsibilities Areas:

- Managing Financial Reports & Reporting & Analysis,

- Analyse revenue and expense trends and do deep dive analysis at various reporting levels to be shared with stakeholder.

- Tracking operational metrics and connecting it with financials / performance of business units/operating centres

- Responsible for building rolling forecast by Line of Business and Operating Centre Create and analyse Balance sheets and Cash flow statements.

- Review multiple element software license contracts to determine proper revenue recognition treatment in accordance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP).

- Develop and document global company policy and basis for revenue recognition for non-standard contracts or terms. Review non-standard sales contracts for compliance with accounting rules and company policy.

- Involved in deal negotiations to structure software agreements in accordance with the revenue recognition policies. Involves working closely with the Sales, Legal and Professional Services Organizations

- Review multiple element, software transactions in accordance with current GAAP and internal policies to ensure accurate financial presentation

- Review current revenue recognition methodology/processes and implement "best practices" in revenue recognition and the revenue process

- Approval and monitoring the Cost benefit analysis of projects for savings impact and controllership. Supply demand balancing, constraints, allocation and forward-looking projections.

- Help business to meet financial goals in terms of Headcount, Spend, Revenue, Margins, Grade mix, Spans and layers etc. Comparison of business and financial metrics with other sites within India and propose best mix, consolidation of queues etc. to best cost location.

- Preparation of financial plan, budgeting, forecasting, outlook for the business and presenting analysis on variance along with drivers.

Skill Set & Qualification Required:

- Experience of 12-14 years in Financial Planning & Analysis with special focus on software revenue recognition.

- Hand on experience in Forecasting, Budgeting, and Trend Analysis.

- Stakeholder Management.

- MBA/PGDM in Business Finance/Financial Management
