Lead - Financial Planning & Analysis/Investor Relations - Gaming Startup - CA/IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

Growth360 is looking for an FP&A and Investor Relations Lead for a disruptive well established Gaming startup. Its a very interesting role to take your career to the next level.

The role will play a pivotal part in the strategic Finance function in developing and driving the company's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy, managing annual budgeting process, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial plans.

Please note this role needs a CA (non-negotiable) followed by an MBA from a top B school (preferred).

- To fit this role, you must have experience working with a boutique investment bank, a PE fund or a Big 4 or a startup that has raised significant funding.

- The role will act as the bridge between finance and operations, defining, designing, and implementing system, policies, and reporting mechanism to monitor and drive the core business, working closely with various stakeholders and senior management.

- People from consumer tech online experience preferred.

The role will include :

- Leading support on investor reporting, planning, and budgeting, funding, and treasury management.

- Developing the financial strategy for business alignment

- Responsible for FP&A of the org

- Provide finance analysis support to all senior stakeholders

To fit the bill :

- CA with 8 years of PQE (mandatory) followed by MBA from a premier institute is preferred.

- Good number skills, problem solving skills and analytical ability.

- Excellent presentation and writing skills to prepare reports and interpersonal skills and program management abilities are a must.

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to present complex financial/business concepts and strategies to colleagues as well as clients.

- Detail-orientation, self-motivated and familiar with the workings of the economy, and well informed about the start-up way and the ecosystem

- Good knowledge of spreadsheets and standard statistical packages.

Please note this is not a pure play finance role so the preference is for candidates with an MBA from a top B school followed by experience with a PE fund or in a financial modelling role with a startup.
