Requirement :
- Educational qualification : CA
- Post Qualification Experience of min. 3-4 years
- Prior experience in FP&A and P&L management preferred
- Eagerness to work in dynamic start-up environment
- Strong communication and structured analytical problem solving skills
- Comfortable coordinating with cross functional teams
KRAs :
Planning & Operational Execution :
- Formulate & Drive Business Plans to operationalize the monthly, quarterly and annual operating plan
- Co-own the Regional P&L and KPI's along with Business Teams
- Drive Operational Excellence through deep dive analytics on Business Drivers and leading the change / execution with Operating Teams
- Hold fort on Key Business KPI's viz. Supply, Occupancy, Revenue, Collections, Costs and Margins
- Crisp Presentations and creative visualizations explaining financial & business results
- Deliver key messages to Business leaders and maneuver to a decision
- Establish business dashboards to streamline the financial and operations MIS across various initiatives
Processes / Automation :
- Develop and implement processes commensurate with size, scale, complexity and business needs
- Help simplification, standardization and automation opportunities and lead these projects
