Finance Lead - Financial Planning & Analysis

Responsibilities:

- 8-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a multi-product lending business environment

- Highly proficient at working with multiple data sets and be sharp with numbers

- Detail-oriented and analytical thought process

- Qualified Chartered Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst

- Good understanding of financial planning & analysis, prior experience in BFSI, NBFC, and lending/credit is preferred

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint - Expert-level knowledge and experience in Excel mandatory

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams on-site and help drive both analysis and execution

- Expected to have a strong commercial sense and understanding of the Operating cost levers of the business

- Should have a good understanding of the Fintech/lending Industry processes, revenue levers, cost items, and ability to drive efficiencies in the business

- Able to perform in a high-pressure environment.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
