Financial Planning

- To develop the Three year rolling & annual Operational plan in line with the shareholder objectives

- Support the Vertical Head in preparing the annual operating and business plan cycle process in close consultation with business & functional heads

- Have discussions with sales and operating functions to ensure major KPIs are captured

- Track rigorously the above on an ongoing basis for timely highlighting deviations and work jointly for achieving desired Objectives
