Lead - Financial Planning & Analysis - BFS

Key Roles/Responsibilities:-

Prepare and publish timely monthly financial results, quarterly deck

Coordinate with business teams and update the budget and financial forecasts

Provide data inputs to address Investor / analyst queries relating to the Financial Services business

Regular interaction with business teams on ongoing basis for information, variances with budgets, etc.

Work closely with Senior management on ad hoc projects

Continually seeking to improve productivity and efficiency through the development of processes and controls, apart from automation initiatives

Key Competencies:-

Candidates with Financial Services background from retail asset domain

Candidates with FP&A background preferred

High attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with business partners and ensuring processes are being followed

SAP Cost centre and profit centre reporting knowledge preferred

Knowledge of Advanced Excel, Power BI would be an added advantage

Good team player, proactive and result-oriented
