Team - Investment operations - Work from Home

Shift timings: Shift D: 5.30PM to 2.30 AM

Location- Gurugram

Shift timings: Shift D: 5.30PM to 2.30 AM shift (North America - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST)

Depending upon the business needs may require stretching beyond normal working hours.

Knowledge / Skills / Experience:

- 4 - 5 years of relevant FP&A experience.

- Excellent MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint must) skills.

- Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools a must.

- A demonstrated ability to follow controls procedures to ensure data accuracy.

- Very strong organization skills and demonstrated ability to proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise.

- Possesses a growth mindset with willingness to challenge the status quo and try new approaches.

- Proven ability to navigate through ambiguity within a complex organization across a variety of functions and across various level of management.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proactive and resilient. Flexibility in learning new topics, handling change and deadlines.

- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations. Flexible for extended hour working, as per business needs.

CA/CPA/CFA

Responsibilities

- Support the production of all key charts, visuals and trending management reports leveraging "book of record" sources owned by the data team. These will feed into the Quarterly Business Review (QBR), Strategic Plan, Budgeting & Forecasting, etc.

- Ensure that charts and visuals are accurate and that minimal control errors are found by senior members of the team.

- Quarterly production process - produce tableau visuals (recurring and new / from scratch) and input data into management reporting reports/workbooks.

- Support maintenance of a competitor database of key metrics ensuring accuracy and completeness of data. Updating on a regular basis to track status to ensure all stakeholders are engaged and aware of key deadlines and requirements.

- Key deliverables preparation: KPIs/OSFI/Risk Appetite/Phantom Shares/Capital Raising Institutional Marketing Team/Filing on CAS.

- Support development of annual calendar (key processes/key milestone dates/ resources/key contacts etc.)

- Additional accountabilities as assigned by the Senior Director/Senior Associate including ad-hoc project support.
