FP& A Lead (Financial Planning & Analysis Lead)

We are looking at an FP&A Lead for our Leading client based at Pune.

- Qualified graduate, preferably a Chartered Accountant/ MBA (Finance) with finance & accounting experience of 8+ years extensively in FP&A processes

- Minimum of 3+ years experience in leading a team

- Demonstrated success in delivering on key FP&A processes, including monthly variance analyses, revenue and expense forecasting, and annual plan development

- Experience in creating value-added analyses and presenting the findings through written and verbal communications

- Experience operating in a complex, fast-paced organization with associates based across the globe
