Lead - Financial Planning & Analysis

Designation: Manager/ Lead FP&A ( Financials planning and analysis )

Roles & Responsibilities :

- The Organisation Team Lead FP&A will be responsible for the production of management & financial planning reporting and analysis for consolidated team.

- The function reports to the CFO and works directly with regional finance directors and controllers.

- He/she will be the interface to the business (Sales & Ops) and to Management Board regarding management reporting & analysis.

- Be responsible for the design and deployment of process improvements

- Will lead the roll out of the FP&A dashboards

- Will lead the roll out of the new SAC financial planning tool

- Will be key player in the S/4 management reporting project

- He/she will work directly with counterpart other international country Team Lead FP&A to ensure alignment across all processes Monthly MIS reports analysis

- RBR Regional Business review reports preparation

- Power BI report building

- Financials analysis for Budgets , forecasts
