Lead Financial Analyst - KPO

- Proactive engagement with cost controllers to understand and challenge variances between actual and planned IT costs

- Share insights with Finance business partners on all IT costs for cost monitoring and optimising opportunities reporting

- Ownership:Continuous knowledge build of IT as a function and costs to facilitatechallenge / pushback, agree a progressive set of operational and ongoing requirements

- Delivery: timely, accurate and insightful analysis against agreed requirements

- Technical capabilities: financial analysis skills and the ability to quickly understand the underlying cost drivers, to be able to add value (including insight / commentary where appropriate)

- Good communication skills, ability to interact with senior stakeholders

- Identify process improvement opportunities and areas to add efficiencies into the activities managed

- Stakeholder engagement and collaboration - proactively working with onshore team to identify and challenge requirements and collaborating to get to the right outcome / output.

- Commercial problem solving - resilience to work through difficulties, and to work with the onshore stakeholders to shape the requirement if the requirements isn't initially clear, and to standardise the requirement, including across functions, wherever possible.

- Change agent - willing to challenge back on data, outputs, process etc to optimise end to end efficiency of the wider functions cost base (including the end to end cost of functional business partnering)

- Ability to work at a fast pace

- Flexibility to changing business requirements
