Lead - Finance - Manufacturing Firm - CA

- We are currently retained by a leading mid sized company in India that is growing at a fast pace to hire a Finance Lead for them.

- The role would work closely with the CFO and play a key member in the finance team. This would include working on finalisation of accounts, taxation, working capital management, budgeting, MIS, etc.

- This needs someone who has strong experience in a Manufacturing setup.

The primary responsibilities would include :

- Coordination and preparation of Final Accounts and book closure.

- Leading and supporting budgeting including Budget analysis and formulation, budgetary controls for the organisation.

- Timely collection and submission of accounting returns from different divisions.

- Managing and coaching the team on accounting system.

- Providing oversight of taxation.

- Handling of ERP wrt accurate accounting.

To fit the bill, you must :

- Be a qualified Chartered Accountant.

- Have 12- 15 years of post-qualification experience in financial accounting for reputed, well-managed companies in manufacturing set up.

- Prior experience of managing and overseeing budgeting, taxation, finalization of accounts, coordination of statutory and internal audit, and computerization of accounts.

- Good communication skills in writing, presentation, and people management.
