Lead - Finance - Logistics Firm

- Preparation of Annual Budgets as per company's budgeting policies .

- Formulate business plans/strategies for the market to operationalize the YOY plan.

- Work closely with Business heads and acting as bridge between Business, operations and finance.

- Create Presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items and effectively frame decisions to be made.

- Presentation of Business financial performance quarterly with Finance Director.

- Partnering to measure business performance and attend review meets for investor reporting.

- Preparation of forecasts and estimates on regular basis.

- Preparation of Lane and customer wise revenue analysis.

- Monthly closure of books of account and ensure for accurate provisions and variance analysis.

- Preparation of monthly P&L, B/S schedules

- Drive margin improvement and cost optimization measures

- Ensure for 100% compliances of internal controls for stores and financial operations.

- Preparation of Adhoc reports as required by management.

- Setting up and developing SOPs for business.

- Drive the automations of financial functions.

- Support to closure of statutory audits.
