Role Purpose : Key areas of accountability - Responsible for Global Process Design/ Re-desing of the process in scope including standardization, Process instructions and guidelines so that Ops teams can deliver - Ensure that the Operational KPIs for the Key process at global level are met - Ensure delivery of standardization/ harmonization/transformation projects for the process in scope - Provide guidance to the Operations team on any questions/ issues related to process in scope including but not limited to New WoW/ New Business / New policies - Ensure adequate internal control process on the Process in scope in terms of design of structure around the process for successful internal and external audit related to process parameters - Engage with senior finance leadership to ensure that the process performance is in line with expectations, and seek support/ alignment on new initiatives - Engage with Third party vendors including infy/ Robotics vendor to ensure delivery of third party performance on process in scope Key Performance Indicators - Operational KPI's on Process at Global level in line - Successful closure of Internal control issues and audit issues - - Harmonization and standardization objectives - Process improvement objectives with Strong Automation and FTR - - Stakeholder management indicators - SOX Compliance - These activities will enable continued high quality delivery of analytics to leadership; will drive the cost of the Finance function to benchmark level as per the Company's targets through realization of labor arbitrage by setting up, maintaining and developing capabilities in India; and will drive the implementation of state of the art best practices in Process innovation, analytics and automation which will enable finance to realize its Functional Excellence targets. - Interface to key Finance and Business Customers across Group - Own and coordinate cross-pillar initiatives (AccOps/FP&A) - Accountable for the KPIs defined for the global hub - Co-create global strategy for India Finance Hub Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience : - Post-graduate qualification as CA, C(I)MA, CFA, CPA, - Minimum 18 years of experience in managing finance transformation activities. - 7 years of experience in service delivery from centralized financial departments and/or finance service delivery to other companies. - 12 years of experience in managing big (50+) teams in India - A change agent, who initiates, coaches and directs Finance staff teams and stakeholders to or through change, through effective communication and leadership techniques. - Thought leadership, conceptual and practical solution development, in partnership with general management and functional teams. - Strong political acumen, with an ability to recognize organizational and business differences and work to effect alignments - Experience with a main BPO company and shared service environment is an asset - Proven experience in selecting, attracting and maintaining top talent - Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, analytics self-driven, entrepreneurial/start up attitude - Track record with process, quality, and re-design (Lean Six Sigma experience preferred)
