Lead - Finance Domain Transformation - Black Belt/Master Black Belt - BPO

Looking for a certified BB or MBB Professional with strong expertise F&A Domain Transformation expertise. Deep knowledge for Quality Management tools, Good Automation experience in F&A domain across all 3 towers of AR, AR, GL etc

- Leader should be a strong Project Management Professional (PMP) with Deep technical knowledge of DMAIC, Statistical Data Analytics, Project Management, Predictive Modelling etc

- Should have directly handled and led end to end Transformation with Global client interfacing experience,

- Role also involves leading a Team of Transformation / Automation experts/ members Improvement and Management support team to drive improvement and manage functional activities

- Identify Business Improvement Projects as per Annual Improvement Plan (AIP) in F&A LOB and arrange BUILD session for mentoring GB / BB teams

- Deploy BPMS Framework in Top accounts, focused towards E2E Process Mapping, opportunity (NVA) & best practice identification, basic Robotics feasibility assessment, process adherence check

- Lead & drive high impact OE Projects

- Role requires a seasoned Matured leader from a similar background from BPO/BPO/ Management consulting firms.
