Should be adept in Tax planning & control with hands on experience with all regulatory frameworks of i.e. GST, IT, ROC, FSSAI and local authorities. - Effective Tax Planning as per Enterprise requirements. - Imports/Exports/RBI / International Transactions. - Inventory control, Balance Sheet, MIS & Reporting, Budgeting, Trademark. - Designed & implemented systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial and process controls & cost management; ensured effective liaison and completion of internal, statutory, and external audits. - 10-15 YEARS EXPERIENCE - CA Qualified with experience in FMCG, Beverages, Food Processing Industries - Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing demands - Team builder & a Team player of the highest order - Result oriented, Strategic thinker and Planner. - Person must have good IT skills with more than working knowledge of ERP software, Excel, PPT, data analysis, etc. - Ability to glean insights from data, data-based decision making, sound commercial acumen - in order to guide his team members well. - Passion for working with a business with a noble purpose - Should have the perseverance to scale up along with the organization
