Position Title: Lead Finance Reports to: Founder Location: Remote Number of Staff Supervised: Direct Reports - 2 Job Role : - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements, and cash flow statements & manage financial management reports as per SFRS/ IFRS and applicable AS. - Prepare MIS reports and provide insights to top management and Division heads on financial performance. - Direct the maintenance of ledgers, journals, and fixed assets. - Manage and control overall accounts and reporting systems and ensure timely month-close activities. - Supervise regular and timely payment of all taxes and compliance with applicable laws including TDS, GST, PT, PF. - Ensure office admin is carried out effectively Qualification: CA Experience: 8-12 years (Start-up work experience will add an advantage) Candidates Attributes: - Strong experience in closing monthly books, statutory audits, GST & tax compliance, IFRS - Business-driven with strong financial acumen, Outstanding communication, and presentation skills - Strategic planning, complex problem resolution and general management expertise. - High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player. - Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and provide thought leadership.
