Lead - Finance & Accounts/Compliance - NGO - CA

Responsible to lead and collaborate with programme implementation team in managing entire Procurement to Payment cycle, perform accounting activities; support annual planning and budgeting activities, handle statutory and internal audits, ensure smooth closure of accounts. Monitor and support and lead the FC&A team to help programme teams to achieve business / function goals.

1. Assist in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of accounting policies, processes and ensure continual improvement.

2. Identify opportunities and work towards automation and digitization of FC&A processes

3. Ensure integrity and compliance in adherence to Financial Management Systems.

4. Prepare and Analyse Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to support key decisions

5. Identify controls and monitor effectiveness to address audit findings

6. Assist in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of accounting policies, processes and ensure continual improvement

7. Assist in preparation and execution of Annual Operating Plan

8. Responsible for work allocation, capability development and efficiency improvements while maintaining a healthy work environment

Also managing key stakeholders like CFO,CEO, Group Finance Controllers Office, Group Compliance Officer
