Lead - Experience Stores

A prominent Indian multinational conglomerate is launching a new company focused on decorative paints & is looking for talented individuals to fill the role of Lead - Experience Stores.

The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience in consumer retail experiences, preferably in home decor, fashion or accessories. The candidate must have experience in store fit-outs and roll out, managing multiple project vendors.

The candidate will be responsible to:

- Develop Experience Centre design , oversee execution of experience centre setup.

- Define SOP for centre operations and ensure compliance

- Team Management

- Create top of the line differentiated in-store consumer experiences.

- Store promotions, P&L

- Ensure these stores deliver on the twin objective of brand building and sales.

The candidate must have excellent written & verbal communication skills and design / architecture background.
