Lead Executive/Associate Manager - Finance - IT

Job responsibilities:

1. Preparation of monthly and periodical financial performance reports at company level.

2. Analysis of performance compared to budgets, prior month and prior year numbers.

3. Reporting performance for each division and function with concise reasons for variance.

4.Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items and enable quick decision-making.

5. Identification and tracking of key metrics.

6. Preparation of detailed annual budgets at company and division level.

7. Monthly P &L forecasting.

8. Supporting decision making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed, and meaningful insights and visibility on business-performance.

9. Prepare and present monthly and periodical client wise profit analysis.

10. Performing adhoc analysis where required to assist in management decision-making.

11. Prepare monthly utilization report and identify revenue leakage.

12. Analyse the movement of expenses including payroll-cost.

13. Provide critical inputs and analysis for various management meetings.
