Experience: 10-15 Years

Qualification: B.E/B. Tech or MBA

Skillsets: Marketing strategy, Sales Enablement, Innovation and Excellence.

Job Description:

- End to end responsible for developing and executing strategy to drive innovation and process efficiency and ensure excellence in the sales function.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, gather feedback and insights to identify opportunities for innovation and adopt best practices.

- Foster cross-functional collaboration and manage stakeholders for driving innovation and excellence. Promote culture of innovation and excellence within the organization encouraging employees to contribute ideas and take ownership of improvement projects.

- Develop innovation strategy document that addresses organization's goals and priorities along with a roadmap of implementation of projects / solutions.

- Develop SoPs, workflows, guidelines, etc. for improvement in processes.

- Collect the relevant data from the regional teams and track key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of channel management initiatives.

- Support the Head - Channel Management to ensure proper training of stakeholders on the channel development initiatives.

- Formulate a marketing strategy and launch innovative products / solutions.

- Must have 3-4 years as Area Manager in channel sales and 4-5 years in marketing.

- Innovator with a strong experience in channel sales along with process orientation.

- Must have Collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
