Job Title: Lead Consumer Durables - Lead Analyst

Reports to: Head of Equity Research

Job Summary:

Our client, a leading Domestic Investment Bank, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Consumer Durables Analyst to join their Equity Research team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Consumer Durables sector research, including a deep understanding of the industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics. The candidate will be responsible for producing insightful and actionable research reports that support the bank's investment recommendations and help their clients make informed investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of Consumer Durables companies, including financial statements, industry reports, and regulatory filings.

- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast earnings, cash flows, and valuations for Consumer Durables companies.

- Monitor industry trends and market developments, and provide timely updates to the team and clients.

- Participate in client meetings and conference calls to present research findings and investment recommendations.

- Collaborate with other members of the Equity Research team to develop a comprehensive view of the sector and to identify investment opportunities.

- Develop and maintain relationships with industry contacts, including company management teams, industry experts, and other analysts.

- Participate in due diligence efforts related to potential investments in the Consumer Durables sector.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Equity Research, with a focus on Consumer Durables sector.

- Strong financial modeling skills and experience with valuation techniques.

- Excellent analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write clear, concise, and compelling research reports.

- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Proven track record of producing high-quality research and generating investment ideas.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry contacts.
