We are looking for a high energy, self motivated and charismatic individual to lead the company's India Enterprise sales team.

Key responsibilities include:

1. End to end ownership of defining and achieving monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets for self and the sales team

2. Lead a team of 4-5 sales associates and manage own as well as the team's sales pipeline

3. Identify prospects and business opportunities by evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to cross-sell and upsell products that can create value for them

5. Identify product improvements or new product opportunities by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

6. Manage all stakeholders to ensure customer success - includes liaising with marketing, inside sales and product teams as required.

7. Develop strong understanding of the industry ecosystem, areas for value creation and different market components

Requirements :

1. 5+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in India

2. Experience of selling SaaS products and solutions to CXOs of large enterprises

3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

4. Bachelors or Masters degree from premier institutes

5. High energy and strong bias towards action
