Lead - Employer Branding - IT

Position: Lead-Employer Branding (Leading MNC IT Company)

Role:

- Along with the Head of Talent Acquisition, to be responsible for the Company's Employer Branding Strategies and Execution

- Plan, establish and oversee the Company's social media presence on Social Media Platforms with respect to Employer Branding

- To grow the Company's online presence, create innovative ways to attract prospective employees to the Company

- Creation of all recruitment material including brochers, fliers, signage, for the print and online media

Requirements:

- MBA (HR) with 3-5 yrs of experience in Employer Branding

- Should have experience in using e-marketing and social media platforms

- Should have good experience in managing web presence, working with online analytics tools etc.

- Good written and oral communication skills

- Must be creative and well-organised

- Should be able to work under short deadlines

- Must have an enthusiastic attitude
