A leading MNC client of ours is looking for a Lead-Employer Branding and Corporate Communications, to be based in Gift City/Ahmedabad. We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven individual with at least overall 8-10 years of experience across brand building/marketing/communications, including exposure for employer branding/communications at tech start-ups/internet companies. You should possess the ability to collaborate with business leaders and work with cross-functional teams, to identify the core values the brand represents. You will work with business unit leaders to define the roadmap for employer branding and execute to drive achieve our employer branding goals. This is a unique opportunity for you to partner in our growth story as you work directly with the Director/CEO's office to strengthen our employee brand proposition. Key responsibilities: - Understand the talent profiles for the organization and develop a robust recruitment marketing strategy. Build talent pipelines with talent acquisition recruiters to ensure a suitable mix of channels (social media, recruiting events, partnerships) are available to attract the best talent - Conduct market research to gain insight into current customers and target customers and develop communication campaigns to support the talent recruiting strategy and drive candidate attraction and engagement through social media, events, and other channels - Develop marketing strategy plans that connect the company's values and goals with the needs and interests of the targetted talent - Perform research to learn about the general public's current perspective toward the company and its reputation A candidate with minimum 8-10 years experience with atleast 5 years in employer branding, would be a fit.
