Role Context :

We are looking for a young, smart and customer-obsessed incumbent to lead the Employer Branding program. This is a critical role for growth of the organisation given the exponential expansion plans at hand.

The incumbent will be responsible to position company as a great place to work in order to attract, engage, and hire the best candidates.Highlight the key differentiators that set company apart from competitors. Develop and project the employee value proposition.Leverage candidate-facing communications and, social and digital media to convey the corporate culture and employee experience at company.

Job Responsibilities :

- Build, establish and leverage our employee value proposition to create flexible, targeted marketing messaging while still staying true to the organisation culture.

- Position company as a great place to work in order to attract, engage, and hire the best candidates. Improve the overall candidate experience.

- Develop candidate-facing communications and social and digital media engagements, for company as both -a brand strategy and candidate generation tool to drive engagement strategies and metrics. Maintain a consistent social & digital media content schedule to drive and keep an engaged external audience. Share content across all the different platforms with a focus on building quality and consistency of messaging.

- Build company's careers website along with a strategy to establish company's employer brand presence on the site while staying consistent with company culture and employee experience. Create dedicated career pages and content for roles, communities and networks of company.

- Establish company's employer brand style guide, w.r.t colour, text, photography, and other visual elements to create a consistent brand across all media. Regularly refresh branding across all digital channels, including the careers page, social media and job boards. Create print and digital marketing materials including but not limited to banner ads, social media posts, print advertisements, flyers, posters, and event materials.

- Conduct marketing research to support any required project and, keep updated with the latest current trends and guidelines.

- Establish the employee value proposition in sync with company culture. Further, align the employee experience at company with it.

- Share candidate-facing communications and, social and digital media engagements across all platforms.

- Enhance company's reputation as a great place to work among the potential candidates.

- Create company's careers website and establish company's presence across channels.

- Establish company's employer brand style guide and regularly refresh branding across all digital channels.

Functional Competencies :

- Collaborative skills : The role requires the incumbent to work closely and coordinate with the Internal and external teams to create success. S/he should be able to seamlessly navigate these relationship dynamics in a high growth, young, agile business environment.

- Team management : Lead and manage a team, typically delivering results through others.

- Accountability : Accountable for results in line with business plan. Responsible for budgeting, medium-term planning and objective setting.

- Out of Box Thinking : Provide and implement business-focused solutions within time/cost restraints. Demonstrate original thinking in execution of role.

- Attention to detail : High attention to detail with commitment to accuracy & process.

Candidate Profile :

- Must have minimum of at least 4 to 8 years of demonstrated experience of working in process oriented and high quality work environments.

- Experienced in running employee value proposition and employer branding programs of strong brands.

- Should have had strong experience of handling various social media properties and platforms.

- MBA Education background from a premier tier 1/ 2 business school is preferred.

- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.

- Excellent oral and written communications.

- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Power Point and Google Slides.
