Job Purpose :
1. To create "One-Stop" service centre that provides full range of administrative services that includes recruitment, onboarding, engagement and L&D. Administration of the ELC activities, governance of headcount & processes, and managing sales office compliances
2. To manage all employee relation issues by advising, decision making on award of punishment, identifying gaps leading to ER issues, drafting of disciplinary letter, maintaining ER tracker, holding enquiry and investigation, bridge between central ER, legal and IA team, imparting ER training
