We are hiring Employee Relations/Colleague Relations for our client based at Bangalore.
Requirements :
- Should have good experience on POSH, Employment laws, Statutory laws, Grievance redressal.
- Assess policy issues regarding legal risk. Work with legal team to ensure compliance to and understanding legislation.
- Manage sensitive situations and to review instances of wrongful conduct. Investigating and recommending disciplinary action weighing the extent of violation; fairness of action and local employment laws and organization policies
- Liaise with HR Operations team to file the statutory returns
- Manage both internal and external audits
- CR record keeping pertaining to case summary and tracker with detailed note
- Administration of colleague help policy portal
- Ensure mandatory training and meetings are taken place as per stipulated timeline
- Proactively lead the delivery and deployment of new CR Practices and review/redefine existing ones
- Ensure continuous improvement by actively identifying gaps; proposing and implementing changes and innovative solutions
- Develop metrics and leverage on analytics to track progress of CR programs and create comprehensive review decks for Leadership team
- Act as a policy counsel and subject matter expert for all People Policies
- Running awareness initiatives
- Building line manager capability
- Managing colleague queries using colleague help
