Purpose: The role is responsible to drive employee referral program to leverage internal resources / employee and their network to find new hires.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Creation & implementation of the employee referral program.
- Work with talent acquisition team to identify needs and create candidate pool by leveraging referral ecosystem.
- Create awareness and mindshare for the employee referral program.
- Drive continuous engagement and positive experience across the employee referral lifecycle.
- Capture, track and publish all data points and metrics of the candidate referral program.
KPI:
- Improvement in the number of resumes & subsequent offers.
- Increase in the number of hires.
- Metrics of the employee referral program.
Previous Experience Required:
- Created and implemented employee referral programs.
- Employee Communication.
- Worked with various enabling functions including Talent Acquisition, Marketing & LnD.
