DEI Lead - Learning & Development
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy in alignment with the organization's core values and business goals.
- Oversee the creation and execution of DEI programs and initiatives tailored to meet the evolving needs of a diverse, global workforce or address specific gaps and emerging trends.
- Strategize to retain talent and foster an inclusive workplace culture prioritizing employee well-being and ensuring a discrimination-free environment.
- Collaborate closely with organizational leaders and stakeholders to embed DEI principles across all aspects of the organization.
- Support the professional growth and advancement of female employees by creating an environment conducive to skill enhancement and leadership development.
- Identify and leverage opportunities for external partnerships and initiatives aimed at making a positive impact on the community through progressive and sustainable actions.
- Design and implement innovative interventions and talent development practices to strengthen organizational capabilities and cultivate a culture aligned with business objectives and broader People Strategy.
- Oversee the assessment of organizational needs and learning interventions to facilitate continuous professional development and learning opportunities for employees.
- Utilize data analytics to gain insights into organizational dynamics and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and pinpoint organizational capability gaps to develop and implement targeted solutions.
- Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders internally and externally.
