Roles & Responsibilities :
- Researching, applying and promoting diversity initiatives and sharing best practices
- Providing advice, guidance and support on equality and diversity issues
- Promoting changes within organizations and the wider community
- Interacting with people at all levels and from a wide of backgrounds
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of anti-discriminatory legislation
- Writing, implementing and reviewing D&I policies at corporate and service level
- Presenting reports and recommendation.
- Preparing and delivering presentations and workshops to staff and senior management.
