Key Responsibilities:
- Fractional Marketing Director: Act as a strategic Marketing Director for our portfolio companies, crafting tailored strategies for success.
- Online Marketing: Dive into online marketing campaigns, covering SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Social Media Marketing: Lead engaging social media campaigns to boost brand visibility and interaction.
- GTM Strategies: Architect comprehensive Go-to-Market strategies, paving the way for market entry and growth.
- Thought Leadership: Establish our startups as thought leaders and innovators within their industries.
- Team Leadership (Potential): Show your prowess, and you could lead a marketing team supporting our startups.
- Tech Savvy: Keep up with the latest marketing tech and trends, optimizing our efforts.
- Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple companies' marketing efforts simultaneously, balancing priorities effectively.
Qualifications :
- Proven 5+ years in marketing, preferably with startups.
- In-depth knowledge of online marketing strategies and tools.
- Strong social media marketing expertise.
- Demonstrated success in creating impactful GTM strategies.
- Self-driven and highly motivated.
- Tech-savvy with a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
- Ability to work during US East hours with experience in US-based companies being an advantage.
