Lead - Direct Taxation - CA

ROLE OBJECTIVE :

- Ensuring timely compliances of all direct tax requirements

- Accurate and Timely submission of Corporate Income Tax Returns

- International taxation, Transfer Pricing Compliances and Advisory

- To handle Income tax assessment cases, appeals, audits, search & seizure proceedings etc.

- Tax Management and Tax Planning

- Advising the group in Taxation matters.

SPECIFIC DELIVERABLES :

- To handle Tax compliances including Advance tax computation, Tax Audit, Income Tax Returns and related forms/certificates w.r.t DSIR, Tax Holidays, SEZ, Tonnage etc. for Indian and Foreign Cos.

- To work on provision for tax, deferred tax, Contingent Liabilities Reporting, Tax Accounting, and Tax reconciliations.

- To work on transfer Pricing compliances including finalisation and filling of Transfer Pricing Certification, Transfer Pricing Audits and Transfer Pricing Documentation including Master Filing and CBCR reporting

- To work on Advance Pricing Agreements (APA), POEM assignments and PE evaluation

- To be involved in withholding tax compliances in foreign & complex domestic remittances

- To handle TDS surveys, 15CA/CB verification, filling of TDS Return and resolving demands/issues therein.

- Planning & filling application for lower TDS certificate

- Preparation of submissions, replies, representation, appeal documents/paper book to be filed before income tax authorities for transfer pricing assessment, income tax assessments, appellate proceedings, investigations, surveys, arbitration matter and anti-dumping proceedings.

- To maintain MIS showing status of statutory compliances, assessment, legal notices

To comply the requirements of international taxation, especially in Europe, Middle East, Asia and African countries.

FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS :

- Proven track record in reputed manufacturing organization with revenue of more than 1000 crores.

- Proven experience of working and managing teams

- Disciplined & target oriented who can own the process and guide the practical ways to accelerate the execution in legitimate manner.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft- Powerpoint, Word, Excel etc.
