Must have experience in managing digital marketing & social media focused on Cricketing events/ IPL/ IPL Teams/ broadcasters/cricketers from agency side(Advt/Digital Marketing agency). Budget for this position will be based on relevant experience, current CTC & market standards but not exceeding 12 to 15 LPA. Job Description - Minimum 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing on Sport brands - Should have a good understanding of the Digital medium, Social Media Analytics and Content Creation, Ideation and Strategy, and must follow the latest trends - Should be a leader, and able to guide the young talent within the team, educate them and contribute to collective learning of the team This role would encompass 3 key responsibilities: 1) Internal management: Must ensure that the Employees within the team are motivated and produce output to the best of their capability. 2) External management & Output: Manage and enhance existing client relationships, ensure that the renewed retained is at an increased retainer, and the work output is of the highest quality. 3) New Business: Ensuring the Cricket Vertical's monetary growth (both top and bottom line) and thereby the organisation as a whole
