Objectives of this Role :
- To work closely with business group and drive the digital innovation and work across cross-functional teams.
- Work with different teams and build the customer journey mapping with digital landscape.
- Innovation - help to provide the platforms to the teas to test and scale the digital innovation projects.
- Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital best practices between partners and colleagues to help embed a robust digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities :
- Build and develop the customer digital journey mapping.
- Work cross functional teams to deliver the identified digital projects.
- Make sure all digital projects aligned to the strategy.
- Work across the business groups and teams to come up with the innovative models to support business.
- Identify new digital tools 6 map to the customer journey to deliver the projects.
Field of Education :
- Any engineering graduate/Post Graduate

SKILLS :
- Around 8 years of experience and at least 3 to 5 years- experience as a Digital Transformation Projects.
- Proven track record in successfully managing and implementing digital projects
- Well-versed in artificial intelligence, big data, data analytics, robotics process automation, sensors, cloud computing, open-source, etc.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) to demonstrate clear interpretation and presentation of results to various stakeholders
