Role summary
- Part of a highly engaged and cross-functional talented team that champions digital product strategy and product road mapping for a suite of complex customer-facing digital experiences, delivered through a leading mobile banking application
- Trend snapper, responsible for tracking the latest innovations, digital disruptions & trends in the industry
- Contextualizing the market trends and new/ upcoming themes to define what the product strategy should be
Key roles & responsibilities
- Consistently analyze competitors and global industry leaders & fintechs to develop deep understanding of latest innovations, digital disruptions and new & upcoming trends
- Assess trends and customer behavior using web analytics to identify, analyze and implement new innovations
- Define the end-to-end product strategy from inception and determine potential business value, based on industry trends and gaps in the existing product portfolio & experience
- Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team
- Provide data, analysis and reporting to internal stakeholders on impact of digital products
- Lead conversion rate optimization on digital products & interventions to drive-up app store ratings
- Collaborate with design, content and agency teams to conduct user research & ensure customer experience-driven design
- Incorporate customer & business feedback into product roadmaps, effectively negotiating tradeoffs & conflicting priorities
- Create industry benchmarking reports and thought-leadership whitepapers
Qualification
Academics MBA from Tier I/II business school; minimum of a Bachelors Degree from Tier I/II institutes
Experience 8+ yrs of experience (Banking is preferred), with 4+ years in FinTechs & digital roadmaps; open to others
