Lead - Product Management - School Services (Education Sector)
- Lead strategic planning, design, research, development and launch of market oriented Integrated and Blended learning products and Services
- Effectively strategize, build and manage Integrated and Blended learning products.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance Teams to establish ambitious, innovative yet practical business and GTM plans and update them periodically.
- Identify opportunities and expand the product offering to target key segments and to ensure the product deliveries are on track to hit revenue targets outlined in the strategic plans.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and put together plan
- Regularly benchmark the portfolio with competing local and global products and services that are available or in the offing.
- To create, launch and implement new Integrated Services and products as per the business plan.
- Represent the company across the Education Division as the product lead and participate in divisional/cross-functional teams to execute product development plans and strategies. - Work closely with the PM and Tech Teams to ensure timely delivery of the strategic plans
- Develop, train and manage team; coach team members to elicit strong performance and address issues such as underperformance; act as mentor to key talent and develop a high-performing and motivated team.
Skills and Experience:
- 10 years of suitable industry experience in leading development of digital products and services.
- BE/B.Tech with MBA
- Significant experience in progressively responsible leadership roles in professional organizations in market facing and client management areas
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
