They are extremely well-funded and poised to become the Industry leaders in the space, and need a strong Digital Marketing Lead to fuel and sustain that growth for the business in a start up environment.

Job Description - In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for :

- Driving the Digital Marketing + Traditional & Brand Marketing for the business

- Leading a high energy, high visibility function in a young well funded company

- Have the ability to drive entrepreneurial initiatives and drive growth for the business

- Lead the overall Marketing function and create a strong market presence and branding

- Focus on customer segmentation and targeting

- Own brand Management and manage mobile and web marketing

- Strategize and implement blogger outreach programs

- Build and manage the online community by crafting and running effective online campaigns

- Ensure effective online reputation management

- Develop strategic and tactical marketing plans

- Develop brand platform and positioning

- Formulate, evaluate and negotiate strong marketing partnerships

The Successful Candidate :

- 6+ years of experience in brand building in the digital industry.

- Some experience in B2C marketing, Product management and start-ups will be a big advantage.

- World-class creative writing skills (long-form and short-form portfolio required) and extremely creative and witty demonstrable via own blog.

- The candidate must be confident and a capable professional with strong aesthetic sense and ability bring hands on and strategic expertise.

- Strong sense of being proactive and an outgoing, like able, presentable, humble and naturally capable of easily interacting with others profile will be preferred.

- Strong track record of success and an entrepreneurial bent of mind coupled with functional expertise in the likes of Ola, Flipkart, Myntra and other Tech-Driven firms will be desirable.
