We are backed by seed funding and are currently in the process of creating a brand that would be synonymous with artists. Our vision is to create a platform that cuts across channels, beginning with the online media.   We are seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to nurture a strong marketing approach, increase awareness and develop an enviable product image by developing and executing effective marketing communication. The right person would be one who feels passionately about the artist community in general and our vision in specific and should have a strong media network that can be leveraged to promote a 360 degree marketing strategy.  Job Responsibilities:  - Develop and implement strategic digital marketing programs to achieve significant increases in brand awareness and product adoption and usage.  - Identify online advertising and promotion trends so that a cost and visibility optimization can be attained.  - Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding marketing strategy surrounding them.  - Manage online promotion of company sponsored special events and activities.  Requirements:  - 2+ years relevant experience in Digital and Social media marketing preferably in eCommerce start-up.  - Established relationships with advertising platforms.  - Strong Marketing mindset and ability to form campaigns  - Ability to communicate the digital marketing plan to the creative team to work on content (graphic and written) and work on adapts  - Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.  - Excellent written and oral communication skills.  - Knowledge of international publications and opportunities is a plus.
