Urgent opening with a Large Pharma Giant for the position of Lead, Marketing & Launch Excellence based in Mumbai. - Digital Marketing

Provide localized business strategies & solutions to upgrade core marketing / launching / digital competency for marketers across BU's :

- Continue to drive line of sight for Brand Planning and Execution;

- Effectively localize and embed LE framework to enable and empower launch success for every product launch

- Establish / lead a high quality/highly engagement marketing excellence team.

MCM Excellence :

- To lead and inspire India business to accelerate adoption of multichannel strategy. Enhance company vision to a healthier leader in engaging our customers via innovative solutions, making material plan contribution to business growth

- To enable marketers and sales to make best informed decisions by providing market and customer insights.

- To lead, Manage and develop the team and retain talent.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities :

MCM Excellence :

- To develop India Multi channel customer engagement strategic plan, based on clear evaluation of existing digital landscape and practices, taking the lead in continuously identifying and reviewing best practices from other LOCs and other industries and ensuring that it is adopted

- To Lead digital excellence team to pursue multichannel customer engagement strategy to support BUs marketing strategy implementation.

- To work in partnership with IT, APJEM academy, Global Digital services and Design centre to quickly accelerate digital capability and embed the best digital channels to create and drive value for our brands.

- To drive successful change management across the organization y ensuring strong buy in from leadership team and marketing leaders to incorporating a multichannel vision where a significant proportion of customers interactions are delivered via digital- multiple channels.

- To provide leadership, focus and recommendations to commercial leadership team- defining what digital excellence is, what the focus need to be and the changes required to overcome barriers and achieve greater success.

- To accelerate the adoption and benefits of core digital-multiple channel marketing tacticts by ensuring all Business Units have digital content quality and frequency, efficient implementation support and best practices, knowledge and skill development.

- Develop and drive the multichannel content management strategy to facilitate acquiring the capabilities to create and maintain digital content

- To contribute towards the broader customer relationship manager strategy in conjuction with other commercial excellence functions, of which digital/ multiple channel will be key component.

- To identify, standardize and champion the incorporation of multichannel marketing metrics in to all digital marketing activities and in to broader metrics framework

- To ensure an appropriate governance framework is in place for digital marketing to ensure marketers can confidently move forward with digital marketing while maintaining adherence to corporate and regulatory requirements.

Marketing Excellence :

- Build competency assessment standard and provide tailored & innovative learning solutions: develop marketing competency assessment center; develop and deliver both central and local marketing training programs that suits core competencies and business growth agenda;

- Drive brand planning line of sight and enhance KPI tracking for BP execution: develop and enhance BP template and ensure clear understanding and know-how;

- Continue to build learning platform through - Share & learn-, Marketing excellence awards, marketing day;

- Support the roll out of ADP to BUs through issue focused workshops;

- Proactively working with global/academy to leverage best practices and resources

Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies) :

- MBA, significant experience in digital and multichannel domain

- At least 10 years experience in MNC pharmaceutical marketing; A strong knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing, brand management, product promotion through e channels, CRM system development etc is strongly preferred

- Experience delivering solutions to meet customers- needs is essential, preferably with healthcare professionals, through insights, analysis and innovation

- Strong strategic thinking skills

- Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, yet remains able to work and lead confidently in ambiguous circumstances

- Strong project planning and management skills

- Strong ability to network and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

- Proven experience managing 3rd party providers and vendors to achieve business objectives

- Strong communication skills
