They are looking for a digital marketing leader with proven ability to build, measure and scale digital campaigns across the channel mix of paid social, SEM, SEO and direct. The ideal candidate should have the following skills : 1. Take full accountability for the brand and performance budgets on digital, ensuring optimized full funnel campaigns that over deliver on pre defined metric. 2. A growth hacking mindset that ensures he/she juices out every possibility of improving marketing ROI. 3. Analytical rigour to build data frameworks to measure campaign impact and to report to management stakeholders in a clear and simple manner. 4. Ability to drive traffic to DTC and e-com marketplaces in a sustainable manner by leveraging both paid and organic means including, but not limited to display, search, social, affiliate and influencer. 5. Ability to understand consumer behaviour online, build and leverage cohorts to sharpen targeting and improve marketing efficiency. 6. Hands on experience of setting up and managing ad campaigns across paid channels of Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, programmatic as well as email marketing channels and CRM. 7. Hands-on experience on Google Analytics, SQL, Adobe Analytics, Tableau etc. 8. Develop organic content strategies across existing media channels as well as on-site growth hacks to create a robust demand pipeline without over relying on expensive paid media, ensuring the organic revenue contribution keeps growing. Minimum qualifications : At least 6-8 years experience in a digital marketing/performance marketing role at an ecommerce/consumer internet company (preferably in lifestyle/fashion/beauty & grooming industry)
