- Be responsible for the website revenue ownership
- Ideate and execute campaigns across digital platforms, Affiliate Marketing and Email Marketing
- Use data from various campaigns to direct the brand and communications on various avenues for engagement and storytelling
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Drive a mindset of building a pipeline of multiple experiments in digital marketing to drive growth
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize marketing spend and performance based on the insights and drive marketing efficiencies across existing channels (including, but not limited to SEO, SEM, FB, YouTube, E-mail, SMS, notification as well as app marketing)
- Design strategies for New User Acquisition as well as User Retention
- Work with teams across functions (such as Product, Engineering, Content etc.) in evaluating and implementing optimal marketing automation solutions
- Formulate and institutionalise best practices for ROI measurement and optimisation
- Measure and report performance of digital campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Evaluate emerging technologies and build perspective for adoption where appropriate
