GM for Performance Marketing & Growth- someone who works closely with marketing, branding and product teams to deliver on holistic campaigns, product features and innovations that deliver on customer growth and retention for marketing for commerce, content and ad products.

- 6 to 7 years of experience

- Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy with a strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position products in the market

- Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced environment, providing strong leadership skills and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, verbal, written and presentation communication and interpersonal skills.

- A cross-functional influencer with ability to build strong relationships.

- Experience with Google Analytics instrumentation & reporting

- Basic understanding of UX design

- Grasp on tech development on app and web

- Understanding of SEO

- Past experience with digital marketing / working with product marketing teams
