Our Client : A Leading FMCG MNC
Purpose of the role :
- This person will be responsible for scaling up the Digital Marketing function.
- He will be a change agent to drive adoption of digital marketing and new, ways of leveraging it in order to transform the way the brands connect with their target consumers.
- In this sense, the incumbent will be an evangelist for digital marketing, both internally and externally.
Major KRA's:
- Develop a holistic Digital Marketing strategy for the company, and digital marketing programs for each brand, that are aligned with the brand strategies and based on consumer insights.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams (Brands, Research, Activation, Legal, IT, Regulatory), external agencies and strategic partners, technology vendors and various internal cross-functional organizations to deliver brand specific digital programs.
- Delivering consumer insights in digital space, maximizing ROI of brand investment in digital programs, budget tracking and positively impacting top line and bottom line business results.
- Manage the day-to-day function of digital marketing, including Social Media, Digital Production, budget control, project oversight, and KPI tracking. Creating digital content, and managing SEO are not expected out of this role.
- Develop, agree and track key KPIs for digital strategy and individual programs
Ideal Candidate:
- MBA with specialization in marketing or mass communication with proven experience in digital marketing with large consumer brands.
- Expertise in web analytics and a working knowledge of Social Media tools. Experience in real-time marketing will be an advantage.
