Lead - Digital Marketing - FinTech

About the role :

- Digital Marketing Lead will own revenues from digital channels for B2C business. He/she will play a critical role in helping achieve growth objectives.

Responsibilities :

- Complete ownership of driving business growth through Digital marketing, brand management, PR & partnerships.

- These activities need to be managed across the entire customer lifecycle.

- Lead marketing team to strategize and execute growth initiatives - across all channels including social media, performance marketing, ASO, PR and content marketing.

- Own overall brand for Lead partnerships / integrations - with relevant brands / businesses to boost organic growth

- Manage overall marketing performance - Actively track performance of existing channels, work on optimizing them and experiment with newer channels for achieving high business growth

- Manage end-to-end marketing budget - in alignment with org targets

- Own OKRs for the entire marketing org

- People Management - Mentor and manage junior team members
