Digital Marketing Lead
Responsibilities:
- Plan, own and execute all digital marketing initiatives including but not limited to Facebook Marketing, SEM, CRM, affiliates and display advertising campaigns.
- Measure and report on performance metrics like Revenue/ROAS/CRR, and assess these against goals such as ROI and KPIs.
- Optimise spend and performance based on trend insights.
- Brainstorm new creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Create landing pages and optimise user experience by collaborating with internal teams
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience using analytical ability, looking across multiple channels.
Skills we're looking for:- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing prior experience in fashion & e-commerce marketing will be preferred
- Core competence in Facebook Conversion campaigns is a must
- Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO will be a good to have
- Strong data interpretation and analytical skills
- Good understanding and working knowledge of Google Analytics and other similar products
- Prior experience in fashion & e-commerce marketing will be preferred
