Job Description: - Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and the digital agency to ideate and execute social media campaigns across all owned media platforms. - Drive brand TOMA by planning and executing the paid media strategy for the brand across all touchpoints - digital, search, DOOH and content partnerships. End to end management of all media campaigns from brief initiation to plan optimization and reporting . - Growing and executing strong advocacy content including Influencers , brand Hair Artistes , and Salon Hair dressers - Partnering with brand, eCommerce and sales team to achieve a holistic and consistent brand presence on digital channels. Managing and creating cataloguing content , and digital banners. - Work with Digital Marketing Manager to build new-age digital ecosystems to support business functions across digital touchpoints - website, chatbot, apps, social media etc. - Creating and updating content for website, and campaign shoots which will contribute more towards brand visibility. - Ensure marketing initiatives are planned and implemented in time with set budgets and real time deadlines along with timely reporting to the manager. - Managing documentations for the office financial, legal, product procurement
