Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for making presentations and business insights to the senior management
- Achieve expertise and excellence in digital marketing analytics
- Should have worked upon owned assets and paid marketing strategy
- Knowledge of clickstream and session stream data
- Conceptualize & create impactful dashboards using business intelligence tools like Tableau and EXCEL
- Make website UX improvement recommendations based on customer journey analysis & webpage heat maps
- Managing the team of 2-4 individuals
Eligibility Criteria :
- Minimum of 5+ years of work experience in digital marketing domain
- Hands on experience with tools such as Adobe site catalyst, Omniture, Ensighten, Monetate, Google Adwords, Bing etc.
- Specific work experience in banking web analytics
- Hands on with SQL and SAS is good to have
- Proficient in data handling, understanding, analysis and interpretation of results
- Experience in web analytics, clickstream analysis, attribution modeling, design of digital marketing campaigns, reporting etc.
- Should have clarity in articulating a problem statement based on the domain expertise, formulating hypotheses and ensuring data collected, aggregated can test those hypotheses
- Ability to break down the work required, create project plans, get buy-in from stakeholders and manage efforts against the plan
- An individual with excellent communication skills
- Create test and learn approach from the learnings gained through the analytical exercise
