Lead - Digital Innovation & Conversational Interfaces - BFSI
- 8-10 years of experience in BFSI Industry in Digital Transformation and Innovation domain, with 3 years of experience in leading a team
- Experience in developing conversational capabilities in Mobile Apps, Website, WhatsApp and Voice based devices.
- Basic understanding & Knowledge of Mutual Fund Industry, Capital Market etc and preferably worked with Banks, AMCs, Insurance Companies
- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing Digital initiatives across Institution in driving sales, Automation, New-Age initiatives
Job Purpose :
- Responsible for managing & researching emerging technologies, innovations & latest product / process improvement application / launches in the BFSI segment mainly in mutual fund industry and generate actionable ideas / concepts related to these upcoming technologies
- Leverage the findings to ideate and implement digital solutions which will help in product / process improvement and enhance the customer experience OR improve internal efficiency
- Prepare a road map for UTI AMC's presence & automated conversational interactions (Chat / Voice / Messaging etc.) on various platforms & for various use cases (Website BOT / WhatsApp / Campaigns BOT / Facebook / Twitter / Contact Centre / Trainings etc.) and development of multilingual capabilities for an Omni-channel experience
- Execute plan as per roadmap and ensure continuous benchmarking for uptime & performance
- Enhance existing / newly launched products / offerings using new emerging technologies
- Manage conversational interface for Conceptualization, development, UI/UX, adoption on website, WhatsApp, Google Assistant, Apple Business chat, RCS, Amazon Alexa, Twitter etc
