Our client is a leading retail organization based in Mumbai.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead, strategize and plan the roadmap and agenda for Digital HR transformation across the organization
- Partner with the digital function, HR leadership, business, COEs to enable digital HR transformation
- Continuously measure, assess and review HR systems, processes and HR analytics to ensure seamless employee experiences
- Be the champion and catalyst in driving the digital HR transformation agenda across the organization
- Work closely with the digital learning COE and the digital function to enable digital HR transformation and build digital capability
- Plan, implement and drive the change management processes to build digital HR capability
- Lead and continuously optimize the effectiveness of TA processes to drive faster delivery of quality hires to the business
- Lead, create a blueprint and facilitate the employer branding strategy in partnership with the corporate communications team
Skills & Experience:
- 9-14 years of strong HR experience
- Master's degree or equivalent from a Tier 1/ 2 institutes
- Mandatory experience in digital HR transformation and change management
- Exposure to TA and employer branding will be an advantage
