Lead - Diagnosis & Consulting - Financial Services - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

1. MBA from Tier-1 B-School with 5+ Years of Experience in Financial Services Industry.

2. Experience in Strategy & Operations Consulting is preferred (Insurance experience will be helpful but is not a must).

3. Experienced Senior Consultant or Principal / Manager Grade.

4. Prior experience in Strategy Team of other General Insurance Company will also be preferred.

5. Experience in Business Planning, Budgeting would be an added advantage.

6. Should have executed projects in the area of Growth Strategy, Process Improvement, Financial Modelling.

7. Must be a Go-getter and ready to work on multiple areas on a daily basis.

Skills :

1. Strategy Manager & Operations and Business Consulting.

2. Preferred from IIM institutes(Tier 1 B-schools).

3. Exp 3+ years (banking and insurance domain exp is an added advantage).

4. Look for candidates who passed their MBA in 2013, 2014 and 2015(preferred 2015 only).
